Uplifting Every Mind, Embracing Every Journey:
Inclusive Counselling Support for Neurodivergent and Neurotypical Experiences
About Jill
I'm Jill Sweetable, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
I provide counselling in Port Moody and online across BC for adults, youth (12+), and couples navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, late diagnosis, and the impacts of masking.
Whatever brings you to counselling, I offer a supportive space to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and develop practical tools for moving forward.
How I Work
I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and supported in exploring your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based approaches including EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. Together, we'll identify what feels most helpful and build on your strengths as we work toward meaningful change.
Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions, therapy is guided by your goals and what matters most to you.
